Listening test

Section 1. About a hotel that requires new design or redecoration.

Section 2. A student was asking his teacher for suggestions regarding his project on the use of recycling for environmental protection.

Section 3. An introduction for sports center members, including description of the facilities in the sports center and their training effects.

Section 4. A change in production process and its effect on a new kind of clothes fabric.

Reading test

Passage 1. Nobel’s story.

Passage 2. The effect of bees on the environment and the impact honey makes on people who use it as food.

Passage 3. About the corporate culture and management models in different companies.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given bar charts describing sales of the “fair trade” products in the UK (coffee, tea, honey, coca, and bananas).

Writing task 2 (an essay)

Some people think that foreign visitors should be charged more than locals when they visit culture and tourist attractions in a country. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
