Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– Do you work or study?
– Do you enjoy your work? Why or why not?
– Can you describe a typical day at your job?
– What kind of tasks do you usually do at work?
– How do you stay organized at work?
– What do you find most rewarding about your job?
– Is your current job related to what you studied?
– Would you like to continue doing this job in the future? Why or why not?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a recent lesson you remember well. You should say:
– what the lesson was about
– when and where you had the lesson
– what you learned from it
and explain what impact this lesson had on you.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Do you think people learn from history? Why or why not?
– Is it more important to study ancient history or recent history?
– Can history repeat itself? In what ways?
– How should people respond history repeats itself?
– What role does history play in shaping national identity?
– Do you think history should be taught differently in schools? Why or why not?
