Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– Where are you from?
– Do you work or are you a student?
– What kind of work do you do?
– How do you feel after a day’s work?
– Have you ever received an interesting gift from someone before?
– Who gave you the gift and what was it?
– Have you ever given a gift that you made yourself to anyone?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a bad service you received from a company. You should say
– where it happened
– when it happened
– who gave you the bad service
and explain how you felt about it.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– What are some common issues people face with online purchases?
– How could these issues be addressed?
– Do you believe that online reviews and ratings can be trusted? Why or why not?
– In your opinion, what measures should online companies take to ensure customer satisfaction?
– Is the risk of receiving poor service or product higher for online purchases?
– What role does social media play in improving customer service?
