Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– Where are you from?
– Do you work or study?
– What do you enjoy most about your work or studies?
– What are your hobbies?
– What activities do you find interesting?
– Is there anything you find boring? Why?
– Do you have any special talents?
– Can you tell me about your school life?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a family member you would like to work with. You should say:
– who the family member is
– what kind of work you would like to do together
– why you think they would be a good work partner
and explain how you would feel about working with this person.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– What do you think it is like to work in a large company?
– What are the advantages and disadvantages?
– How does working for a small company compare to a large one?
– Do you think working in a large company feels impersonal? Why or why not?
– How has the work culture in companies changed in recent years?
– Do you think small businesses will continue to survive in the future? Why or why not?
– What role does technology play in the future of businesses and work culture?
