Our student PK recently took IELTS in Canada. He was asked the following questions in the Speaking test:
Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– Where do you live?
– What do you like about your city?
– Are there any problems with traffic in your city?
– How do you usually travel around your city?
– Is it easy to buy groceries in your area? Why or why not?
– How often do you go grocery shopping?
– Do you prefer shopping at small local stores or big supermarkets? Why?
– Has the availability of groceries in your city changed over time?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a time when you lost something valuable. You should say:
– what the item was
– how you lost it
– what you did to find it
and explain how you felt about losing this item.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Do you prefer studying in a library or at home? Why?
– What are the benefits of studying in a library?
– What challenges do people face when studying at home?
– Do you think libraries are becoming less popular with the rise of technology?
– How can libraries remain relevant in today’s world?
– Should students be encouraged to study in groups or individually? Why?
I want to improve my English skill , and l would like to speak with English. And I want to need foreigner friend who can speak with me English.
