IELTS Speaking test in Australia – July 2011

The IELTS exam in Australia, as reported by M, seems to be similar to the ones in Tokyo and Vietnam. Here are the Speaking questions that M remembered:

Speaking test

Interview

– What is your name?
– Where are you from?
– Do you live in a small town or a big city?
– Do you enjoy living there?
– What are the benefits of living in the city?

Cue Card

Talk about help you have provided to someone. Please say

– Whom have you helped?
– Why did you help?
– How did the person benefit from it?

Discussion

– Did you ever mention to others helping that person?
– Did you help other people?
– Did you help any visitor in your country?
– Why do you think it is important to help visitors?
– Why do people help each other?
– How can members of a family help each other?
