Part 1 (Interview)

– Do you work or study?
– Where do you live?
– How often do you buy or read books?
– What kinds of books do you enjoy reading?
– Have you ever recommended a book to someone?
– What do you usually do in your free time?
– Do you prefer spending your free time indoors or outdoors? Why?
– Have your free time activities changed over the years?

Part 2 (Cue Card)

Describe a change that you benefited from. You should say:

– what the change was
– when it happened
– how it benefited you

and explain how you felt about this change.

Part 3 (Discussion)

– How important is time management for children?
– How can adults improve their time management skills?
– Do you think schools should teach time management? Why or why not?
– What challenges do people face in managing their time effectively?
– Do you think technology has made time management easier or more difficult?
– How can poor time management affect a person’s life?

– What kind of work you do?

– What would you do if someone asked to borrow something from you?
– Would you borrow money from a friend? Why or why not?
– Did you like history in school?
– What did you learn in history?
– Is it important to learn history? Why?

Part 2 (Cue Card)

Describe a sports person or sports team that you admire. You should say

– who that person is / what team it is
– what sport that person / team plays
– how you know about that person / team

and explain what you admire about that person / team.

Part 3 (Discussion)

– Is winning always important? Why / why not?
– What skills do children learn through different sports?
– Which is more important in competition: natural ability or hard work?
– Is there any change in sports that are popular today compared to the past? Why?
– Can athletes without natural ability win in competitions?
– Why do people like to watch live games?
– Is there any difference between watching games on TV at home compared to watching them at the stadium?
