Speaking test
Part 1 (Interview)
– What is your name?
– Do you work or study?
– Where do you live?
– Can you describe the area where you live?
– Do you like living in this area?
– Do you know your neighbours well?
– Is it important to know your neighbours? Why or why not?
– How has your neighbourhood changed since you moved there?
– How can your neighbourhood be improved?
Part 2 (Cue Card)
Describe a sport that you have watched but never played and would like to try in the future. You should say:
– what sport it is
– where you watched it and with whom
– why you want to try it
and explain whether you would consider playing it seriously and why.
Part 3 (Discussion)
– Can you name one common sport that suits both young and old people in your country?
– What are the benefits of playing sports for different age groups?
– How do amateur athletes contribute to the sports community?
– What challenges do amateur athletes face in your country?
– In what ways does sport influence the community?
– Do you think the government should invest more in sports facilities? Why or why not?
