IELTS test in Canada – March 2021 (Academic Module)

Our kind friend A.N. recently took his IELTS test in Toronto, Canada, and here are the questions he remembered:

Reading test

Passage 1. The challenges and benefits of hiring mature aged employees and how to deal with them.
Passage 2. About one of the most expensive and famous handmade violins in the world and why its sound is different from ordinary or manufactured ones.
Passage 3. About a garden designer who lived in the 18th century and his masterpieces in England.

Writing test

Writing task 1 (a report)

We were given a line graph of the number of people granted the UK citizenship (in thousands) from 1992 to 2002, and a bar graph illustrating the number of people (in thousands) from Asia, Africa, America, Europe, Australia and ‘other’, receiving the UK citizenship in 1996 and 2002.

Writing task 2 (an essay)

  1. Task 2 (21 March 2021)
Parents are giving a lot of money to their children after getting good results in their studies.is that good step??do you agree or disagree

  2. I find this IELTS Questions reports extremely informative and supportive. Where can I find recent listening questions of real exams in 2021 to practice? Some of them were reported with a faster talking rate, which makes me even more worried!!
